Tortellini with Greek Yogurt & Smoked Paprika recipe

A lightweight, healthy and quick plate to eat..

Our Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Tortellini (400g of Meat or Cheese filled)
  • 15 grams of ┬áTomato juice
  • 200 grams of Greek Yogurt
  • 30ml Olive oil
  • 10gr smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper


Tortellini-Yogurt-Smoked-Paprika-Recipe1Step 1. We add the tortellini in boiled water (Taking a look at the package’s recommended way of preparation is also good). At the same time we add the tomato juice and 1-2 soup spoons of virgin olive oil.





Step 2. We add in a bowl the yogurt,a soup spoon of olive oil and the smoked paprika. We have now to stir them well in order for the ingredients to become one.





Step 3. We strain the tortellini when its ready (around 10-20 minutes depending on the package) and put them back into the saucepan.






Step 4. On top of the tortellini we add the yogurt sauce and it’s ready to be served.
